Project Overview
This property was bought by Sampson Homes in 2017. It was a former light industrial unit in dilapidated condition ripe for residential conversion. It took us 8 months to obtain planning permission but in June 2018 planning was granted for the demolition of the existing light industrial building and for the construction of 10 luxury new build flats. This project will be ready by December 2019.
