Project Overview
Sampson Homes bought 2 corner semi detached houses in Lockleaze. I identified that the large corner plots could potentially be well suited to redevelopment. Together with my planning consultant and Architect we worked a plan and submitted planning for 2x2 bedroom new build flats. The council welcomed the development and planning was granted and the new build was subsequently build.
