Sampson Homes purchased this site subject to planning in 2017. We obtained planning permission for 5 residential flats and 2 commercial units. This project is due to be completed in 2018. The site was a derelict car garage and the new scheme will greatly improve the high street outlook and improve the visual appearance of this part of Kingswood.
