Project Overview
This plot originally consisted of a 5 bedroom detached house, small out building and a large over grown garden. Sampson Homes identified an opportunity to replace the existing home with a new build scheme of 3 x 4 bedroom detached houses. Our team of planning consultants and architects obtained the planning permission and the houses are due for completion in March 2018.
